Who is the happiest person in the world?
Hi Folks,
According to a German survey, hair stylists are the happiest people in the world at work. I think the surveyors never interviewed a women's hair loss & hair restoration specialist. We love our work, because you (our clients) love the confidence of having beautiful hair again!
When people 'thank you' in person, it's great! Everyone loves praise. But when people thank you in person and then write to thank you again – that is really saying something!
We often have people tell us much they love their new hair (whether it be a topette, top piece, volumiser, wig, hair system or non-surgical hair graft), it's one of the reason why we love what we do!
So, I thought I'd share with you some of the things that people have written to us about recently (all names have been changed to protect the identity of our clients).

I went to my hair dresser after you cut and styled the Topette to change my next appointment. She had nothing but glowing comments. Now if there was something wrong, colour or cut she would have said something. She was very impressed.
Then I went and visited a friend who owns a clothes shop who I have not seen in about 6 months. She said I looked like I was glowing – no mention about the hair. It made me buy a dress that I probably didn't need. These are really good signs in my book. I am still paranoid that people are staring at me but that is to be expected. At least they are staring at something nice now and not a thinning scalp.
I think this will restore a lot of my confidence.

The Follea piece is still working out well, and is in far better condition after 6mths daily wear than any of the cheaper ones I bought beforehand and have barely worn (because I never really liked them). I am thinking of getting it cut/styled differently, and getting another piece so I can alternate, so I will end up back down there sooner or later to discuss this.
