How secure are Hair Systems?
One common concern that people have regarding non surgical hair restoration and hair replacement is “will it come off? How secure is it? Will it come off with a gust of wind?”
People play out all kinds of scenarios where their new hair comes off, but this simply doesn't happen! In over 30 years of working with hair replacement systems I've never known a bonded hair system one to come off when properly maintained from a simple gust of wind - this only happens in the media for a cheap (uninformed and ignorant) gag.
So what can you do in a bonded hair system? Most of our clients lead active lives. Very active lives. They swim, surf, play netball, sail, cycle, work out at the gym..... and even Skydive. Yes, skydive! With winds at 200kph or more, usually without a helmet you'd think this would be a great test of the security of a hair replacement system.

To answer this question once and for all (probably not….. I’m sure we will get asked it again, and that’s OK if we do) we wish to show you this Video entitled “Bonnie goes Skydiving”. One of my Transitions colleagues in the USA, Virg Christoffels, put this video together in conjunction with one of their clients.
Meet Bonnie – she has always wanted to go skydiving, and now she is. Bonnie uses a process called “Sensigraft”. This is a semi-permanent hair system. It's one that you wear 24/7 only to have it refitted when you get your hair cut every 3 weeks or so. As you will see, it is completely secure in 200km/hr winds! Enjoy the video!
