Return of goods supplied as ordered will incur a 20% restocking fee unless otherwise agreed.

Request for the return of goods must be made by email enquiries@transitionshair.com.au or phone 1300 427 778 within 7 days of the date of invoice. No returns will be accepted without prior approval.

Please take care when placing your order You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from a sample shown to you, or do not do what they are supposed to do. As per Consumer Affairs Law.

If these policy criteria are met, goods must be returned in original packaging along with proof of purchase. Please note that customers will be responsible for postage and handling costs.
